Manga Corner! #1

Hello guys! It's school's holiday right now until 17th. IT'S A REALLY LONG HOLIDAY! YAYYY!! but I sure get bored a lot. 

Since I've got nothing else to do (jk lol, i have a lot of things to do. I'm just too lazy to do them), I wanted to share some of my favourite manga. Most of them aren't really that popular, but I do like popular ones such as Hirunaka no Ryuusei, or Heroine Shikkaku for example, I just don't favor them as much as these ones do.

So, here we go!

1. Akai Mi Hajiketa

Genres : Seinen, Romance

Author : Takahashi Natsuko

It's a one-shot compilation and it's really heart-warming! For you guys who like short, cute and fluffy love stories, this one might be the right one for you!

I really liked the story where the high school couple hide their relationship from their friends, I think it somehow relates to me, you know, the feeling. The stories are not cliche so I liked it a lot!

2. Omoi, Omoware, Furi, Furare

Genre : School Life, Shoujo, Slice of Life, Comedy, Drama, Romance

Author : Sakisaka Io

This one might be my most favourite one besides another Sakisaka Io's mangas. It somehow bring another feels to it and I like it! I kinda can tell that Sakisaka Io likes a heroine who's super cheerful and a little bit of tomboy, but in this manga there's Yuna, a girl who's very shy, and befriend Akari, the cheerful one.

The thing that I like is that Yuna tries really hard to change herself about that shyness and that somehow motivates me to do the same (well.. not in many ways, but I know the feeling.) Meanwhile, RIO IS JUST SO CUTE ASKJFHAKJFHLKAJSHDLKJASHDLKJH MY HEART

3. Konya wa Tsuki ga Kirei Desu ga, Toriaezu ni Shi ne

Genre : School Life, Horror, Drama, Romance, Shounen, Supernatural, Mature

Author : Kaname Majuro

THIS. MANGA. IS. SO. GOOD! beware of lots of blood tho

I know you wouldn't believe me, but the story is really good and the drawing is perfect! Somehow it flows like Tokyo Ghoul, but it has more romance in it and the story is well made, I think. This one catch my eyes when I knew it's a shounen manga but the drawing is shoooo good!

Then again, this is just my opinion. 

It's not completed yet, and I can't wait to see the updates ;w; Please for translators out there, can you update this ASAP? _(:"3

4. Toshishita no Otokonoko

Genre : School Life, Shoujo, Comedy, Romance

Author : Hiro Chihiro

The story is about a kouhai who likes his sinπ I guess. LMAO. The story is so cute, the drawing really reflects it. I like how dense the heroine is >u<) idk why, but if I were in that position, maybe I would do exactly the same, SINCE NO ONE'S EVER BEEN IN LOVE WITH ME HAHA!

Anyway, it's a nice manga, I think. There might be scenes that are cliche, but well, it's not shoujo if there aren't any lol. It's a good one for wasting your time if you're bored!

5. Tenkuu Shinpan

Genre : Action, Mystery, Horror, Drama, Shounen, Mature

Author : Miura Tsuina

MR. SNIPER IS SO FREAKING HOT!!! OH MY GOD! *heavy breathing* *screams*

This one might be the one for you who enjoy Ajin, and Tokyo Ghoul (yeah, you know, gore things). You might like it because the story-writer for this one is also the same writer who wrote Ajin! 

My taste really change from shoujo to freaking gore lmao xD

I don't know.. I just like this one, because the story is pretty easy to understand. It doesn't have many text like Tokyo Ghoul (sorry), and the drawing is pretty good. YEA I JUDGE MANGAS FROM THE DRAWING GOT PROBLEM WITH IT?!!?!?

6. Kyokou Suiri

Genre : Mystery, Comedy, Romance, Shounen, Supernatural

Author : Shirodaira Kyou

Finally a cute supernatural manga I can read! :")

I do really like fantasy mangas, but I don't really follow all of them except Akagami no Shirayuki-hime and what was the name again... that magic kinda thing, mage or whatsoever, the heroine has red hair too, but I forget the name.

I like the story because the romance can't really be seen, but that's what makes it thrilling! I like how the heroine acts lol, she is waaaay too cute!

7. Cross Manage

Genre : Sports, Comedy, Romance, Shounen

Author : Kaito

This manga actually began from an one-shot, but then it continues to a serial! There aren't many manga that tells a story about a girl sports club and I think it's pretty cool.

The comedy in the stories really get me and I often laugh at them. That's just how funny it is... I guess? Well, anyway, it's really the opposite of any shounen sport manga. Instead of a male team having a girl as their manager, this one has a guy manager for the female team! It's kinda cute, the interactions between the hero and the team.

8. Ran to Haiiro no Sekai

Genre : Slice of Life, Seinen, Comedy, Drama, Fantasy, Romance, Supernatural.

Author : Irie Aki

AGE GAP RELATIONSHIP IS LOVE!!!!

Can't really say that the first hero is a pedophile lmao, but really, it's just get me tingling all over because of how cute their interactions are. 

The art is really pretty! I really love it. Even though the art seems a little bit old shoujo ones, but I liked it so much. The romance is nice too! THAT'S JUST HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS MANGA, TRUST ME, IT'S GOOD!

9. Sekine-kun no Koi

Genre : Josei, Slice of Life, Comedy, Romance, Mature

Author : Kawachi Haruka

This one is... ehem. A little bit mature, as you can see. I'm just warning you, lol. Despite of the matureness, I like how the hero didn't know the meaning of love. And when he finally felt it, he still didn't know what to do, because he never do anything about it and I personally like how the story is! I kinda relate to him in many ways, because I'm still trying to figure out what love is and how to deal with it.

10. Kigurumi Boueitai

Genre : School Life, Shoujo, Slice of Life, Comedy, Romance, Supernatural

Author : Hoshino Lily

Hoshino Lily's mangas are the best! *cries* Even though her drawing seems a little bit stiff, i kinda like how she draws it (?). I enjoyed both Otome Youkai Zakuro and Mawaru Penguindrum, and I definitely love this one.

If we were talking about Hoshino, the romance is no doubt perfect. I JUST LOVE ROMANCE MANGAS OK. DON'T JUDGE ME. :(

This manga also brings you age gap relationship lol. Hakka is only 14 and Ginger was like 20... something?!??! I was SH00K, but that's just what I like~ The thing that I love from Hoshino Lily's mangas is that, even though the romance is all bubbly and shit, she can still bring the main problem darkly, and idk, i just like her style that way.

That's all I've had in mind, actually there are lots of it in my hidden list but I can't seem to find the perfect one to show you *sigh*. Oh, and this list wasn't sorted by how much I like it! I like it all the same way. ^^)
